Data Deletion Instructions

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your data deleted from JawabEx, you have the following options:

1. Delete Your Account (Workspace Owners)

If you are a workspace owner, you can delete your entire workspace and all associated data: 1. Log in to your JawabEx dashboard 2. Navigate to SettingsWorkspace 3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section 4. Click Delete Workspace 5. Confirm the deletion This will permanently delete: - Your workspace and all its settings - All AI agent configurations - All knowledge base content and embeddings - All conversation histories and messages - All channel connections and their data - All team member associations - All tickets and analytics data Data deletion is completed within 30 days of the request.

2. Request Data Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion via email: 1. Send an email to privacy@mowork.me 2. Include the subject line: "Data Deletion Request" 3. Provide the following information: - Your registered email address - Your workspace name (if known) - The specific data you want deleted (or "all data") 4. We will process your request within 30 days 5. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

3. Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp User Data

If you are an end user who has interacted with a business through JawabEx via Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, and you wish to have your conversation data deleted: 1. Contact the business you were communicating with directly 2. Or send an email to privacy@mowork.me with: - The name of the business you interacted with - Your phone number or social media identifier - A description of the data you want deleted We will coordinate with the workspace owner to process your request. Note that we can only delete data stored on JawabEx servers. Data retained by Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp) is subject to Meta's own data deletion policies.

4. Facebook Login Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to JawabEx through Facebook Login for Business and wish to remove this connection: 1. Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites 2. Find "JawabEx Platform" and click Remove 3. This will revoke JawabEx's access to your Facebook/Instagram data Additionally, you may request deletion of any data we obtained through Facebook Login by emailing privacy@mowork.me.

5. What Happens After Deletion

After your data deletion request is processed: - All personal data associated with your account is permanently removed - Conversation histories and messages are deleted - AI agent configurations are removed - Channel access tokens are revoked and deleted - Voice recordings and transcriptions are deleted - Analytics data is anonymized or deleted Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes) for the legally mandated period. Please note: Data deletion is irreversible. Once completed, we cannot recover your data.
